SHIPPING POLICIES

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to 48 hours to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking details to update once you have received notification that your order has shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES

Your order will arrive within the estimated time period of 10 business days from the date of order shipment. Due to popular demand during high sale periods, shipping of your product may take between 2-4 weeks from our international warehouse(s). During festive periods and national holidays, customers may also further experience an additional 7-9 working days of product shipment delay, as customs and post offices experience a substantial increase in package processing at this time. Please rest assured we are doing everything we can in order to get your products to you quickly and safely.

Please allow extra time for deliveries to non-major centres and remote locations.

Standard shipping is FREE, and will always be FREE because we love our customers!  

WHY ARE MY ITEMS ARRIVING IN SEPARATE PACKAGES?

We use a variety of vendors to bring you the best products, items ordered may ship separately from our international warehouse(s).

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE RATE APPLIED?

When purchasing in a currency other than Canadian Dollars (CAD), the conversion is performed by our Shopify payments financial partner, which covers processing and guarantees the most current live currency exchange rate at the time of check out.

RETURN POLICIES

BUYER PROTECTION GUARANTEE

When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact us to resolve these problems.

You will be granted a full refund if your do not receive your order, and/or partial refund if the item you purchased is not as described. Please continue to keep your product if a refund is issued, as Bad Bones Java does not accept returns by mail.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order for us to refund or replace the product.

SCOPE OF GUARANTEE

Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described.

The following situations are not included:

1. An item you claim is not as described, but we can prove that it is

2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them 

GUARANTEED PROTECTION PERIOD

You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after you have received delivery of your order.

REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Bad Bones Java 

RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

Receive a damaged item? Please reach out to our customer support team at support@shopbadbonesjava.com and they will help resolve the issue.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once your return has been verified and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. 

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
